Nibs, liquor, cake, butter, and powder processed from Indonesian beans, with a certificate of analysis on every lot.
Not every buyer wants to roast and grind. Our processed range takes the same Indonesian beans we ship whole through nibbing, milling, and pressing at an ISO 22000 and HACCP certified partner facility, so you can buy the stage of the chain your factory actually needs. Minimums start at 1 MT for nibs and 3 MT for powder, which makes this the shortest route to trialling Indonesian cocoa without committing to a full container of beans.

Where each product fits in the chain
Nibs are roasted beans with the shell removed, used as an inclusion or milled by small makers. Liquor is nibs ground to a flowable mass, the direct input for chocolate and compound lines. Butter is the fat pressed out of that liquor, used to build snap, melt, and viscosity. Powder is the milled cake left after pressing, supplied natural or alkalized depending on the pH your recipe needs. Buying further down the chain trades flavour control for lower capital cost.
How quality is controlled off the farm
Processed cocoa hides its origin, so the paperwork has to carry the weight instead. Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis reporting the parameters that matter for that product: shell for nibs, fineness and fat for liquor, free fatty acids and iodine value for butter, pH and fineness for powder. The facility runs to ISO 22000 and HACCP, all grades are Halal certified, and third-party pre-shipment inspection is available on request.
How to buy
Tell us the product, the volume, and the specification you are working to, and we will confirm availability, lead time, and pricing. Because processed lines run against confirmed orders rather than sitting in stock, lead times run two to four weeks depending on the product. Ask for samples first: with nibs and powder in particular, roast level and pH are decisions best made in your own kitchen or plant rather than from a specification sheet.
Frequently asked questions
Ordering, samples, shipping, and payment, answered by our export desk.
Which processed cocoa ingredients are grouped in this collection?
Nibs, liquor, cake, butter, and natural or alkalized powder processed from Indonesian beans at an ISO 22000 and HACCP certified partner facility. Minimums start at 1 MT for nibs and 3 MT for powder, lower capital entry than a full bean container.
What does the certificate of analysis cover for processed ingredients?
Parameters match the product: shell for nibs, fineness and fat for liquor, free fatty acids and iodine value for butter, pH and fineness for powder. Halal (BPJPH) documentation travels with every shipment; third-party inspection is available on request.
How do I choose between nibs, liquor, butter, and powder in this collection?
Nibs suit inclusions or small-batch grinding; liquor is the chocolate and compound base; butter builds snap and melt; powder supplies bakery and beverage solids. Buying further down the chain trades flavour control for lower equipment cost.
What lead times should I expect on processed ingredient orders?
Two to four weeks depending on product because lines run against confirmed orders rather than open stock. Nibs and powder are often two to three weeks; liquor and butter three to four weeks. Ask for samples first on roast level or pH decisions.
