Dual-certified fermented lots from Sulawesi and Sumatra cooperatives for buyers who need Organic and Fairtrade on the same purchase order.
Selected partner cooperatives run Organic and Fairtrade programmes on the same parcels, so you can buy a fermented container that carries both certificates without splitting the order across suppliers. Lots are still cut-tested in Makassar to house Grade A standards, packed in new 60 kg jute bags, and shipped at a one-container minimum. Certificate scope and crop year are confirmed on the sales contract before booking.

Why dual-certified lots
European and North American brand owners often need Organic for the label and Fairtrade for the supply-chain claim on the same SKU. Sourcing both from one exporter removes the risk that the Organic lot and the Fairtrade lot arrive with different fermentation levels or bean counts. We keep the physical lot and the certificate set aligned, and we will not substitute a conventional lot if a certified lot is short.
How to order certified lots
Minimum order is one 20 ft container (about 13 MT) with a three to five week lead time, longer than conventional fermented grades because certified volume is allocated by cooperative and crop. Send your destination port, required certificate set, and volume through our contact page; we confirm certificate validity dates and the next available allotment before you approve a sample.

Why does this collection combine Organic and Fairtrade on one page?
Selected cooperatives run both schemes on the same parcels, so European and North American brand owners can buy one fermented container with both certificates without splitting orders across suppliers. We keep physical lots and certificate sets aligned.
What minimum applies to Organic Fairtrade fermented containers?
One 20 ft container, about 13 MT, with three to five week lead time because certified volume follows cooperative harvest windows. Certificate scope and crop year are confirmed on the sales contract before booking.
Will you substitute conventional beans if a certified lot is short?
No. If a certified allotment is unavailable we state the next harvest window honestly rather than ship conventional stock under certified paperwork. Dual-certified Sulawesi and Sumatra SKUs are listed separately in the product grid.
Which documents must match on Organic Fairtrade shipments?
Organic and Fairtrade certificates, commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, and certificate of origin must reference the same lot code. Halal and ISO 22000 documents are added when applicable to the SKU ordered.
