Moisture at or below 7.5%, fat at or above 50% on beans, mouldy and slaty defect limits, and on cake residual fat 10 to 12% with moisture at or below 5%. Cup character is secondary to cleanliness and yield.

Yes. Partial loads from 5 MT and LCL trial lots on unfermented beans are available subject to consolidation schedules. Share destination port and incoterms so we quote Surabaya or Makassar loading options.
