Quality and processing

Beans are sun-dried promptly after harvest to 7.5% moisture or below, then cleaned and screened at our Makassar warehouse. Grading follows house Grade B / SNI size class B limits for mouldy, slaty, and insect-damaged beans, with cut-test records retained per shipment.
